Theo and Litter at 6 Weeks

This is Faith the little Alpha Terror Girl!
This is Bay-the second little Alpha Man
This is Kringle. He is so seriously cute and reminds me of a cartoon character!
This little girl is Grace, the smallest of the litter and also the most quiet.
And this is Hope. Second to smallest and also very quiet.
I had so much fun again today! It's amazing how the two I picked right away as being alphas or leaders still are. Faith is going to be a real handful! She reminds me of Hattie. It has been such a great experience getting to know the litter and how different they are all from one another! Two more weeks and Theo can come home!

Hey Traci! Missed you here on DK! No they aren't related but are almost exactly the same coloring. I really wanted a different color but Theo got in the way of that, lol.. Theo is a Double Doodle. Hattie is a English GD.

Oh my gosh, Sandy! He is adorable and he looks SO SWEET. I think he will be a great boy for you! I haven't been on DK for soooo long. I have been so busy with work. Are Hattie and Theo related at all? They have the same coloring, don't they? They will be so cute together. Having two doodles is so great. Hopefully, they will be the best of friends. Theo already looks like he will be a momma's boy.

Cheryl, yes...Finnegan's eyes are just like Theo's! I think they both do look soulful and wise and gentle. Theo also has a very thick stocky build compared to his siblings. Even his ear flaps are heavy and thick! I hope he grows into those ears or he may end up looking like a Basset Hound, lol...
Jarka, I have always admired Auggie's eyes. They are very different from most but they fit with his face well. He is really a cutie.
I did research a little and the English Golden Retrievers are the ones with round eyes spaced close together. Hattie is English and does have very round eyes. Couldn't find anything on heavy brows and almond eyes though.

All of them...so adorable! You must be soo excited...Theo is a doll! I don't know the answer to your question but Finnegan is an ALD and he has the same soulful eyes, heavy brow, and eyelashes. The moment I saw him I thought wise and gentle soul and he is just that. He also has more of a labby build (as did his dad) so I've always thought the "labby eyes" came from the same genetics. I see the almond eyes in a lot of medium and standard ALDs. Wishing you and Hattie a lot of joy with Theo.

They are all so cute. What a great experience to be able to get to know the puppies. Theo is sooo doggone adorable. Not sure about the eyes. Monty's eyes have always been big and round. Auggie has little eyes and always looks like he is squinting.

Ha ha, little Faith looks like "trouble" but she is adorable. I wish I could have Grace. Then I would have my Gracie Doodle and Grace!!! Theo is soooo cute...two more weeks??? Arggggg
