Guess Who's 7? Updated with Burger Pics
Rosco turned 7 years old today. Went out with the kids to buy him a birthday treat.
We went to the local pet food store looking for something different and found some treats. Next we tried to buy a couple of cheeseburgers for him and Boca but apparently McD's doesn't sell those at 9:45 AM :/
WHAT are those? Crumpled brown paper?
Hmmm...we better investigate...
WAIT A SECOND! LOOK AWAY. Are these made in the USA? What would Karen say?
(Once the dogs learned these were made in Holland they relaxed. Though they'd never heard of Holland they figured it was not China so it was safe).
Little did he know his pig's ear was vegetarian and really a breath mint ;-)
Yet, despite the lack of realness to that ear, it took some work to get him to take a break and pose for his birthday portrait.
Later that night, Clark made good on his promise and lit the burger cake

Wow, it is hard to believe that Rosco is 7. What is it with kids and doodles?... they just insist on getting older.

Awww love the photo essay of Rosco's birthday. He's such a big love! I was dying at the commentary over the "pig" ears. Happy belated birthday, Rosco!

Adina, I'm so glad you clarified that, because I was worried, lol! The way she's looking at it in that picture where Clark is lighting the candles, and then the thought of only Rosco getting it ...well, nobody could be that cruel no matter how you feel about beef burgers. :)

Happy Birthday, you big lug! Sounds like you had a very special day with your loving family. What great photos to remember your birthday by. The girls are beautiful and the boys are so handsome. I see Natalie dressed for the occasion and was stylin with her pretty beaded necklace. You're lucky to have such a great family and to be so loved. You are adored by all your friends here on DK. Thanks for the update! Rosco looks like he doesn't believe the hamburger cake is really for him or he wants those candles blown out so he CAN get to his burger cake.

Happy Birthday Rosco, you handsome hunkadoodle! You get better looking every year! Sorry I'm late to your party, it sure looks like you got lots of goodies! (Oh, and treats from Holland are fine!) I hope you gave your sister a bite of that burger!
