Annual MS Walk in Philadelphia
Last year when I did the MS walk, a DK member suggested that I share the info ahead of time if I planned to do it again. Well once again Duncan Doodle and I will be participating in Walk MS Philadelphia! I was so proud of how well Duncan behaved with all the people, sounds, and smells, but mostly I loved the way he made people smile who were gathered for the cause. He was just a puppy and couldn't walk the whole distance, but I think he will be more than capable this time around :)

Technically we did the 4 mile walk, though we turned a little early so it was probably more like 3.5 miles. Duncan probably could have done the whole thing but my nieces were tuckered out! :)

Love this picture Theresa! Did Duncan walk the four or six mile walk? Libby and I walk 2 1/2 miles everyday and towards the end she lets me know she is "done":)

We'll be walking here in San Jose. Our team, Spinal Tap, has walked for the last four years. Good luck to you and your team. Hopefully, this be be the year a cure is found!!!

Wow, thank you for the donations! I wanted to post this to see if others were walking with there doodles, so the donations have been a wonderful and welcome surprise!! Duncan thanks you too (or would if he wasn't currently sleeping on me, LOL)

Donation made. Thank you for supporting this wonderful cause. My younger Sister has MS and I see 1st hand how it affects peoples lives. Many years ago I did one of the 3 day 50 mile MS walks in Charlotte NC. I think they have one in the DC area or they used to. If you feel really adventuresome you should try that one sometime. It was a great experience.

Have fun! What a great cause and a great way to get Duncan out for a LONG walk! I have been doing the Epilepsy walk in DC - I always end up running after someone walking a doodle. This year I'm bringing printed DK info with me. Maybe I'll sound less like a crazy dog lady if I have proof there are others! lol (I haven't taken Bodi to the walk because dogs are not allowed in the swanky DC hotels.)
