- Hi Susan, Your Alfie is adorable... such a cutie! I noticed you mentioned in the Central Texas Doodles group that he is from Dixie's Doodles. My Shelby is also! I have started a Dixie's Doodles Alumni group... I'd love to have you join - I think it would be fun to keep connected and maybe we can find owners of our pups litter mates! - Just after I brought Alfie home, he developed parvo, so we didn't leave the house for several weeks. During that time, I had a trainer come to the house for a few lessons. Since then, we've been to several classes, including one class that was a prerequisite to the therapy dog certification. I didn't follow up on the certification at that time, but I think I want to get back into it in the spring. He minds well. My only complaint is the jumping on guests as they come in the door, and his wanting to keep the leash taught when we walk. Annie is gorgeous, by the way. Susan
