It was a good food as far as ingredients go, but Wellness changed hands in the last year or so, and we are cautious about it from the standpoint of what suppliers they use."

Debbie and Toby said… - Otto is adorable! His hair should grow back soon! Toby was groomed on June 8 and cut to 1/4" because he was getting matted. I have pictures on my page, you can see how much hair he had on May 25, then I have pictures the day he was cut to 1/4", and this week I posted pics dated July 7, you can see in those how fast it grew out. We always loved his shaggy look, but since he doesn't like to be brushed, he is much happier now and he is so much cooler! We really like the shorter cut now! Would love to see pictures of Otto with his new doo! At first I was devastated when I saw Toby's 1/4" doo, but within a couple days we realized we really liked it! :-)

- Hi, I'm not sure if Otto has had his shots but I just re-realized that you are also in the Hoboken/Jersey City area. During the week we often meet up with another goldendoodle in Hamilton Park in Jersey City. We are meeting again tonight at 7 if you feel like coming out for some doodle action. Both my puppy Whopper and her friend Cali are 5 month old goldendoodles.

I read in your comment to Karen that you feel you are 'clueless' inn training. Have you signed up for Puppy Kindergarten classes? You learn so much from that class. We went to St Huberts in Madison which is far for you.
If you have any questions pleasae dont hestitate to ask. Samantha has turned out to be a fantastic puppy (11 months old) and I truly believe it is so much better from the classes. She has done the PK, Puppy Grad, Off Leash, Outdoor Off Leash and Puppy AGility. I will keep in her in classes when we get back to NJ for 2 reasons : I love the time with her and I found that I don't keep up with all that I am supposed to do and I get the reminders in class.
