Another successful MS Walk is in the books! Duncan walked with me for the second year in a row, and once again I was amazed at how well behaved he was despite the crowds, sights, sounds, and smells. We actually had to stop about half a dozen times so people could take pictures of my handsome boy in his Team Chetta Rita's t-shirt!Thank you again for the DK members who supported this cause. - I live in northeast Philadelphia with my husband and a crazy Doodle named Duncan, who at the time of this writing is 8 months old. I love spending time with this little family of mine.
- What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
- I have a Labradoodle named Duncan who was born on 2/7/12. He is sweet, smart, and full of energy! His hobbies include stealing socks from the hamper, eating paper products, carrying big stick's, destroying toys in less than ten minutes, and playing with other dogs, especially Doodles.

- Breeder
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- I LOVE dogs, but HATE dog hair getting all over the place! I had a black lab as a kid and know how loving and intelligent they are, so a low-shed lab-type dog was like a dream come true :).
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- I love to sit on our porch swing with him or cuddle when he's sleepy and bring out the laser pointer when he has energy to burn.

- A little bit but nothing major

Last year when I did the MS walk, a DK member suggested that I share the info ahead of time if I planned to do it again. Well once again Duncan Doodle and I will be participating in Walk MS Philadelphia! I was so proud of how well Duncan behaved with all the people, sounds, and smells, but mostly I loved the way he made people smile who were gathered for the cause. I was fortunate enough to meet a DK member (Jennifer and Darwin) in Duncan's last obedience class who had such wonderful things to say about this romp last year. I'm so excited to be going this year!

After several days of lounging around, I decided my boy needed to get out of the house. There was a Pet Expo in Oaks, PA that QS planned on going to, and Duncan is very good with crowds so we went with a few friends. Apparently they were administering the CGC test on site, though I didn't have any plans of doing that today, thinking Duncan might not be ready.
