- My husband and I live in Henderson (Las Vegas) NV, and got our 1st Goldendoodle, our little girl Sept 5th, 2011, at 7 weeks old, and fell in love, and now, 8/20/12 we added another Doodle to our family. A little boy from the same parents as our Chloe. So its her brother.
Now all my friends call me the "Crazy dog lady"!

- Chloe & Finley Hobbs are F1B English Goldendoodles. Their mother is an F1B goldendoodle & the sire is 100% English Cream Golden Retriever. They are full brother & sister, just a litter (11 months) apart, and came from a wonderful breeder in Utah.
We also have a 3 year old English Golden Retriever named Bentley. He loves his Doodle siblings!

Utah for work and fell in love with Cedar City so this is a pre-retirement move! Looks like Vegas Doodles are a happening group and should check them out.

Yes, I did meet Rebel and Genene while buying a couple of bully sticks for Mackenzie. She told me about Doodle Kisses. I will have to figure out how to join the Las Vegas chapter.
We got Mackenzie from Teddy Bear Golden Doodles in Alabama. She is an F1B doodle as well. I believe the sire was an English Golden Retriever. We originally sent a deposit in December to Desert Oasis Kennels in Arizona for a golden doodle, but, Lolli didn't go into heat until just now. We were devastated in losing Kayla, our Golden Retriever, to cancer in November. It was very sudden and we decided we had to put her down for her quality of life. We miss her very much. In early February, my husband suggested I look for an alternative breeder. I found Teddy Bear Golden Doodles online and sent them an email inquiring about any upcoming litters. We were looking for a large golden doodle. They got back to me and said that they had one female left and provided the link to her photo. Of course we melted immediately. The next day I contacted the other breeder and asked if we could get our deposit back since it had been 3 months and Lolli still had not gone into heat. The breeder was wonderful and returned our deposit.
I then contacted the other breeder to see if the puppy was still available. They had put our name on her just in case we came back to them. That is how Mackenzie came into our lives. We picked her up at the airport on Valentine's Day.

Hi Shelley! Thanks for the welcome! My breeder is from up in Tremonton, she calls her program Lazy Day Doodles. Where were your cute dogs from? I am curious. I have become familiar with quite a few here in Utah. This particular breeder happened to have a litter ready to come home when I was thinking, and when I met her and her adult dogs, it sealed the deal.

Anyone else have a "Loves to be outside, more than inside" Doodle.?

Our little Chloe has been a very independant doodle ever since we brought her home..way more than our other dogs (Goldens & Labs) have ever been. She absolutely loves to be outside, and chooses to play & sleep outside a good part of the time, except at bedtime, when she stays behind a "doggy gate" in her bed in our master bath. I have to make her come in to get her in bed.
Now let me explain.. We live in Las Vegas, and have a fenced back yard which has nothing but landscape…
