Schulz inspired families to get doodles!

Sense we have moved to Kansas we have met some awesome people!! Two of the families have fallen in love with Schulz! More so than in us hahaha! Anyway tomorrow I am going with one of them to get a new goldendoodle puppy!!! We are all very excited and don't worry they will be joining us on here!!!

I have a goldendoodle. F1 I believe...not sure all the facts on doodles yet. His name is Schulz after Charles Schulz, i collect Peanuts. He is a great amazing dog. SMartest dog i have owned.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
I have always been a golden retriever person. Heard about doodles and thought they were so cute and we have 3 young kids and heard they were perfect!
What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
EVERYTHING. Play, walk, goto parks, watch movies, yard work, brushing

Thanks!! They are a handful but fun--my kids are all grown, so I have lots of time to enjoy the dogs now.My kids are 2 girls and a boy-- and my doods are 2 girls and a boy!

No, don't be embarrassed. I think you are admirable.  I really meant that!   We have a lot of these posts around here that become passionate at times.  I really appreciate those who participate. You went far above and beyond, you came back in and said you may feel this or that way. So often, many stomp away and never come back.

I think more of you now, than ever   :)

Thanks for stopping in on my page.  And... btw, you made me feel a lot better by saying what you said because this post was disturbing to me.  But, when you came back in, it seemed to restore my faith.  See! It is not all bad.  And good things somehow surface through it all

Scot, you make me smile! How sweet! Jack's color is called caramel. He is an ALD, turned 1 year old in May and I love him like crazy! Yours is soo cute and I love that video with your kids and Schulz playing tag! I love how your son heads in the opposite direction, too! Too darn cute!

Thanks for the friend request Scot!  I happily accept!  I love the name Schultz and he is one handsome dood!  I watched your slide show and enjoyed your photos.  Are those your daughters?  They are beautiful.  

I too have always been a golden retriever person.  Our Shadow, who was 15 1/2 had to be put to sleep recently.  He was the most wonderful, sweet, smart boy.  I miss him.

Hey there thanks for being friendly.  I have found two different doodles that we are interested.  And mostly I want to find out more about the breeders themselves so I am asking a couple of folks for advice how to research that.  The two breeders are Rogue Valley Doodles (Southern Oregon) and Plantation Delight (Pennsylvania)

One is 6 months old and regarding potty training the breeder wrote: "They are trained They are in our doggie day care and are crated at night and use a doggie door to go in and out all day." The other  is 3.5 months old and "has not been completely potty trained, but does pretty well."

Any thoughts on breeders or virtues of getting an older pup?
