The fur on my 7 month old Goldendoodle's chin is turning rusty red-brown while the rest of her is a light apricot colour. Is this a normal change?Continue

Donna & Bayley replied to Bella's discussion How short do you keep your Doodle's fur in Summer?Hi Caroline, I was hoping Julie has some help finding her fur baby and have been looking around a bit for her and my interest as well. I wondered if you happened to see that there are two complaints about them being a puppymill when you google them. They are identical so obviously posted by the same person. Did you go see them directly? Her daughter has her own breeder too and they do share I think. As it is one of Julie's picks I wondered what you thought or if you have any other doodlelane people that have been there to connect her with. I love your little doodle. Gorgeous!
bmdoodle said… Yes I do remember her! They were all wonderful puppies but a few stood out. The red male was very quiet and just liked to sit and observe. The female you did not pick was the bossy one and loved to dominate everyone. They girl you did pick reminded me so much of Bella both in looks and disposition. Your daughter is going to be so happy and I am glad that I will be able to follow one of my Bella's babies as she grows!!

Hi Caroline,
I cannot believe that you are going to get on of my Bella's puppies! That is so exciting! I had the puppies here for about 3 weeks and they all had the most beautiful dispositions. If they were crying we just picked them up and they immediately stopped and were happy just to be held. No wiggling just content to be in your arms.
I would love to have kept one of her puppies but we have decided to wait until her last litter and keep one then. When I first went to Linda's home to become a guardian mom and pick up Bella I was amazed that she had so many dogs walking around her house all of them calm and living in a pack with no fights or disputes. All of her dogs are calm and very gentle. My Bella has been the best dog every. She is great with kids and is happy to sit with them or chase a ball depending on what they want to do! Many of my friends comment on what a wonderful dog she is and because she was exposed to other dogs as a puppy she gets along with all dogs. When we brought Mia home Bella was pregnant with her first litter and they got along right from the start.
Well that's about it, If you have any other questions let me know.
Please let me know if you chose one of Bella's puppies.

Donna K & Quincy said… I don't have any details but I do have the e-mail address if you would like it. I did see a picture of her and she looks a lot like my doodle. I did e-mail them a while back but they had changed their mind and was going to keep her. I had an email from them awhile back wondering if I was still interested. I didn't respond because I'm really not ready for another doodle at the moment and I knew if I started talking with them I would find myself on the road to Corner Brook. I will send you the address in a private message.
