- I'm a disabled ex-social worker and an author. My wife is from Ukraine. We, of course, are dog lovers.

- We have a rescued pit bull terrier here named Miki, and a rescued border collie in Ukraine that stays with Nata's son Stanislav. Her name is Masanya.

- Just live! Everything we do, Mik's at our side (even sleep, to the dismay of my uptight mom).
