Can someone please tell me where it is that we are supposed to upload and tag a photo for the slide show? Is that right below the slide show where it says Add Photo, or on our own page, or where?…Continue

I am very happy to say that Baxter passed his CGC tonight, after a 7-week class preparing for it. Baxter is so great out in public since he has had extensive private training in public places, but…Continue

Thanks for all the wonderful comments on Daphne's pictures! I really appreciate them! The "say please" trick was pretty easy to teach. Just held a treat barely out of her reach but behind her head so that she had to lean her head back to get it. Its really one of the easiest tricks I taught her. Now if I could just get her to respond when I say "come" THAT would be a good trick!

I hope my dog looks like Baxter! I can't get enough of him! Is he a F1B? Who are his parents?

so nice to meet you! Mimi is a friend and I love her Max! Yes i am on the list to adopt one of the Auburn boys. I believe on the 13th the Smeraglia website will have videos of the puppies up to view! I can't wait. This will be the first time I ever own a pet other than my fish. Due to allergies I have never even thought about owning a dog. I am so happy that these dogs are both so frickin cute AND low to no shedding. The best of both worlds! I hope to get him second week of Oct. he will be going to one month of doodle prep school. Your Baxter is the cutest thing going! I love the name Baxter.

Eric and Koda said… Haha. Makes sense then. :) Yeah, he's a really sweet little boy. He's calm yet curious and playful. He's much easier than my previous puppies as a child. Right now Koda is approaching 8 months and he is 15 lbs. The vet doesn't think he'll get any larger than 20 lbs. We'll see.

Before the press came out about the contaminated dog food from China, our lab began experiencing kidney problems. As soon as the press alerted us to the problem, we discontinued his sweet potato treats, which were manufactured there. Luckily, he improved. We had no evidence that the treats were behind his kidney issues except for his improvement after it was removed from his diet. Until now. The brand we used is listed in this new warning. Beware! …

Hi! I have Baxter, a Teddybear Goldendoodle who just turned one last month. Almost from the time he came home at 8 weeks, we've been trying to teach him how to give us his paw to shake or high 5, to no avail! It made no sense! He was super intelligent, always wants to please, saw our lab shake paw a zillion times, seemed so advanced in so many ways, yet this one simple command was just never understood! Recently a friend told me that dogs can have a dominant paw the way a person can…
