- Bisbee is an Australian Labradoodle born 3/29/08 and joined our family August 30, 2008. He is funny, bright and just plain wonderful. We are approaching our first year together (time flies) and each and every day we just love him more, didn't think it possible!
- Where did you get your doodle(s)?

- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- We lost our 11 year-old F1 labradoodle (Riley) and wanted to stay with a good thing! Bisbee is a GOOD thing for sure.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- Taking walks, rides, visiting Lake Lily and the ducks, oh, the ducks, chasing leaves, the cats, balls and playing with the multitude of toys, going on errands, the bank, visiting our favorite "special food store," Murphy's and oh yeah, the BEACH!

- A little bit but nothing major

- I miss you & I need a Bisbee fix! Sorry I missed you last time you stopped in Murphy's, we are in the time of year where I am required to work a few Saturdays at my job. I am doing so again on the first Sat. of December, so I hope that is not when you run out of supplies, otherwise we will just have to get together, hmm, maybe an alcoholic beverage at a doggie friendly outdoor area

- hi Nancy -- hope you and Bisbee are well. I'm trying to plan an outing to take Charlie to see Dianne. She said you visit regularly, so I thought maybe I can tag along next time you go. for some reason, planning is easier for me when someone says "hey, i'm going next week, wanna come?" rather than choosing a date/time myself. i know, crazy... so, let me know and maybe i can meet you guys there!! thanks, Andrea

Samantha is going thru the toddler stage of EVERYTHING in the mouth, counter surfing and stealing clothes and chewing MY shoes(6prs. so far) But I am working more diligenlty with her and putting her in her kennel to give me some time to do chores. She seems to be responding well to this. We'll see. We love her to death and what personality"s they have. Diane breed's awesome dogs. Everywhere I take her I get stopped and asked a million questions about her. How about you? I would love to meet. How old is Bisbee? Denise

Marcia & "Kodie" & "Tannor" said… - Nancy.....Nice to hear from you. Tannor is a sweet, loveable guy with everybody.....he doesn't growl at other dogs. His behavior at the dog park does boggle me......I may try him at the dog park without Kodie one time, and see what happens. I am wondering if he is protecting Kodie..?
That would be hard to get used to....my husband is gone for months at a time...then, comes home for a few days.....and, that is hard to get used to.,....I bet B is glad to be home now though.

- Wow....Bisbee looks so lean with his hair cut...I bet he's more comfortable also with the heat.
We haven't been to the dog park for over a month now....last time we went.....Tannor was very aggressive with another dog who was growling at him....so, we left. I'm afraid to take him for agility lessons. A lot of it is off leash....and, I'm afraid he'll attack another dog...I actually think he's be great at it....he's so bouncy, lean and seems to be built for agility.....but, I'm just so afraid of what he may do. I think I will start him with obedience classes first...he's never been, so it may help. Kodie loves agility and, does well...she's not as lean as Tannor, but she does have fun!
Hope your summer is going well...and, you are staying cool! We've had HOT temps here for the past few weeks, with high humidity...very uncommon around here!

- Hello.....The issue with Tannor is that he gets very aggressive at "certain" dogs....but, it's a full blown Tasmanian Devil episode with him...I haven't seen him bite another dog, but with teeth baring, and mouth snapping, and a noise like a bear. It's scary when he does it....I'm not sure if he'll hurt the other dog...? It's mostly at the dog park...and, I am almost thinking it's a possesive issue "of" the dog park...I think he thinks that is "his" dog park...we had been going about 3-4 days a week....but, I think we are going to stop for awhile and just go for walks daily. I am also turning into "not a fan" of the dog park. Kodie was biten there a few weeks back with a pretty good bite, and the owner just kind of stood there and didn't do anything.....I may start Tannor on obedience classes...that may help..? Anyway, post pics of Bisbee's new doodle doo soon! Isn't their coat soft when it's cut short....!
