- Married, emptynester....we decided to fill the void after 3 years UPDATE
I no longer consider myself an Empty Nester....Daisy filled that nest to the top!
- What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
- Daisy is an F1B Goldendoodle - we got her chocolate, she is now chocolate with marshmellow!
- Where did you get your doodle(s)?
- Breeder
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- I have allergies and the last doodle we had I was not effected...he was a black doodle (long before the breed was popular he was considered a mutt)....rescued him as a puppy from a shelter. He lived 14 years.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- training, dog park, walks, agility....everything we do we consider how Daisy will fit. She goes to work with me every day except one when she goes to doggy daycare to play with her friends.
It is not a normal day unless we play Chuck it in the back yard.
- Does your doodle(s) shed?
- Nope!
- Who grooms your doodle(s)?
- Doggy Go Go and Kitty Ga Ga Spa (love Sarah)

Retriever Toy - hasn't touched it since we got the Chuck-it
Chuck it - Daisy is obsessed

Wild Animal - all out brown shampoo - jury is out on this one, I prefer suds.

Ricki and Tara (doodle) said… For some reason I don't seem to be getting email notifications again. I just found your note. That is wonderful that PetPlan is coming through for Daisy. It's good to hear because, since we haven't used ours yet, I am a bit nervous about the coverage they provide. Although, I've never heard anything bad about them.
We have a doodle friend who is three and it was thought that she had cataracts in both eyes but it turned out to be mineral deposits of some sort. Very weird and apparently not affecting her eye sight at this point. There is supposedly some surgery for it if needed but her parents despite my insistence otherwise, did not get insurance for her. So... you know how that goes...
What great neighbors! It must really take a load off to know that Daisy will have companionship and be so well cared for while you are gone. Excellent!

Lisa, I think I might have gotten those clips through Orvis and I know I got two of them at a local dog store. These are the ones I have, but I did not order them here.
Here is another link to find somewhere near you.
Amazon has them, too. I think I got my two dogs a large. Good luck at your new job. Let me know how it goes.

Hey, Lisa! I didn't get a chance to comment on your post about all the changes but I want to congratulate you on the new job! That sure happened fast! Sounds like you and Daisy will each be spending your days in new and exciting ways. I love that Daisy has such a big fan club that they are standing in line to care for her! What did you find out from PetPlan and when is her next appointment? Best wishes to you guys on your new adventures!
