Moving to an adult food

Hi all,Jake is almost a year old... On Sunday.We currently feed Canidae pure puppy chicken formula.I know that the transition should be easy... But after his tummy troubles as a young pup I'm anxious about it.They don't seem to have an adult chicken formula, what should I transition him too, and how?Thank you in advance.See More
