STARLIT: (Pronounced Star Let ) Labradoodle F2, born 10-29-09 and passed away January 2012.
A DRC Rescue. She was a quiet old couch potato, no nonsense girl and an old soul even at her young age. Starlit spoke and sparkled with her expressive eyes and her wiggly wiggly butt.

Yes, I'm a chef by profession and I rarely cook at home, although Seamus and I are usually hanging out in the kitchen. LOL. Tonight, he is helping me bake a three berry and peach crumble. (I enjoy baking!!)

Thanks for the encouragement to do my research on allergies and doodles. I have read that some of it depends on multi-generational vs. F1. I will try to find out what mix the siblings have.

Joanne, I'm glad to hear Spud's toe is doing better! I have been batteling foot problems with my senior lab Gus for years. I was hoping you and Spud would not have the same type of trouble.
I would love meeting up with other DK-rs in Ohio! Both my doodles came from Ohio - opposite sides of the state.
I have heard of the doodle rescued from Gladwin a few years back. I think it was Karen who sent me the link to his story. I'm so glad it turned out well.
