Laurie, Fudge & Vern said… Thanks, Janie. Somehow, Camilla roped me into taking her place on the Pack. She is very busy at school, but I think she is paying me back for something bad I must have done to her in the past :) LOL I was soooooooo confused at first, but hopefully, I have the hang of it now.

Thank you, Janie. I wonder if they were more uniform in size, if it would work better. Thanks for the tip about rotating the trays. My DH wants me to try apples, so I guess I can do both at the same time. I will let you know what happens and if my Chef's Envy does the trick. LOL My dogs love sweet potatoes, so we will see.

Janie, I can't wait to hear your results. I loved your pictures and that helped me a lot :) Let me know. I am so excited!! Sorry you cut yourself. I bought a Chef's Envy....LOL...in a weak moment at our wholesale club and I wonder if it could cut those potatoes easier. I think I will dust it off and give it a try. Just wanted to share what's been happening in our world! We've had a deposit on a pup from Jack's parents final litter, due in Spring. She was due to get pregnant in October, she's late and we were still waiting! In the meantime, our breeder kept a little green eyed chocolate girl she was considering breeding, but decided to keep females from a couple of retiring moms instead. So this little 4 month old is available. She is Jack's cousin, their moms share the same mother. We decided to take…
