- About Me:
- I have been married for 19 years this past June to my husband Joe. We have 2 children, one boy and one girl. Our son, Dylan, is 12 years old. Our daughter, Rylie, just turned 7 in June. I have had a dog as I was growing up. My family dog was a poodle and lived to be 18 years old. When I got married, I felt the need to get a dog because I truly missed having that wagging tail come when I walked into the house. So my husband and I became proud parents to PJ a mini poodle. PJ's life was short (due to negligence of the vet) but he was my life. After PJ's tragic death, Joe and I brought home Rolly. Exactly 2 years later (the breeder bred again) we brought home Tyler, Rolly's half brother.
They were our children before we even had our biological children. I will admit they were spoiled, but I liked it that way. Rolly wsa really attached to me and Tyler to my husband. Just this past year, we lost both of them. Tyler passed in February a day before my son's birthday from congential heart failure (from what we think) at the age of 13. Then Rolly passed in August naturally of old age, he was 15.
In February, I decided to investigate Labradoodles because I knew I wanted another dog in the house, but we are limited to what kind due to my husband's allergies. We found a breeder close to home who had bred Labradoodles. So went on our way to look at a Chocolate Labradoodle........and of course, we brought him home.
We are now proud parents to Bear our Chocolate Labradoodle :)

- We like to cuddle with him when he is relaxing, taking him for walks and just watching his curiousity.

Karen Miller said… - I thought so too when I saw him. Thank you she is also pretty good for a 12 wk old puppy. I also have a huge Chocolate Lab named Brutus. He will be 7 next month and tolerates her very well.

February 1st (off doodle subject)

Anyways..............today he received is VERY first swim patch............which is called the NAG B patch in the 50 Yard Backstroke. The standard time he needed to beat was 49.15..............he swam it in 49.05.
