Hi Dee,  Yes, at the last minute one of the ladies in the class said she wanted to enter her painting but that we had to too if she was, so she basically got us all to enter, I am entering a watercolor since I did not have a pastel to enter, Evie is entering a Watercolor and Pastel and she got soooooo excited, it was very cute!  Maybe we will run into each other at the reception, I will look for you!!!!!

The second would work for all of us!  9:00 or 10:00am would be perfect.  Just let us know when you will be at the park ane we will meet you there..  Can't wait Dee :)

Nice! I'm soooo excited for you!!! I think you'll really enjoy using a tablet. It takes just a minute to get used to it, but once you do you'll love it! (I can't imagine doing photo editing or digital painting without it.)

Dee, Gina, Nancy - love to see any of you if you get up this way.  Carmel Beach is the friendliest beach (in the world?) and about 20 minutes from our home.  We also have a big driveway if anyone wants to park an RV for a couple of days.  This month we have a third doodle staying with us and also another doodle visiting in August.  July, I have two reunions (one in PA and the other in Lake Tahoe) but will be in and out.  Keep in touch here at DK and I hope we get to meet you and your doodles sometime this summer.

Yeaaa, Nancy and I are excited to meet you and Chloe :)  What day works for you?  We are free and easy on this vacation and have some places we want to go, but no set date for any of it.  So you name the date and we'll be there...

Thanks you Dee, Yes, the Picture of Rockette that I posted is the one that won at the fair, I know Evie is very excited right now, she says her Students "Clean Up" at the fair, and indeed they do!  Rosie weighs around 18 pounds, I have never gone to the Dog Park.  I look forward to seeing your work at the fair!

Nancy said they have been to the Arroyo Grande dog park, it's chips and fenced on the large dog side and they have only ever met nice dogs ;)  So we would both be willing to meet up if you are up for it.

If you get up this way let us know.  We would love to meet you at the beach.

We are all pretty mobile, and Nancy and family are staying at an RV park right outside of Solvang.  We are going to spend a day visiting Solvang and the surrounding sights.  Maybe that morning we can drive halfway to meet you while it's cool, I know the shops etc. don't open until around 10:00am.

I found a dog park in Arroyo Grande that is fenced, and Pismo has an area near the beach, but it doesn't look like it is fenced in.  I am not from around Santa Barbara, just visit as much as I can to see family. My Aunt lives in Goleta and that is where I will be staying, but I don't mind driving, it is such beautiful country.  Let me know if either of these places might work for you, I'll be in Goleta the whole week of the July 4th.  No pressure either Dee, I totally understand your concerns :)  I'll be out again visiting, we can always work things out another time if your not comfortable this time around.  It was great to meet you in the Art Café, you do wonderful work!  We are going to check out the botanical gardens in Santa Barbara this time around, I've never been and they are dog friendly!  I was surprised as not all that much is dog friendly in Santa Barbara.  Anyway, I'm rambling :)  Look forward to hearing from you.
