I wanted an older dog that was almost out of or completely out of the puppy stage (I have two young children who are in their own puppy stages). We visited the dogs and liked Simon right off, but he seemed very timid which concerned me around children. Diane let us "borrow" him for a couple weeks to determine his fit with the family. Needless to say it took two days. Once he left the competition of the other dogs and became acclimated to our house his social, lovable personality came right out. He is so tolerant of my two boys’ antics with him, came house trained, knew some commands, and is eager to please. Feel free to contact me with any questions and do not overlook an older dog. It could be a great fit.

This is a great place to share about doodles. There are many groups that you can join. For example, there are groups for grooming, nutrition, health/medical, types of doodles, puppy groups etc. Look at the top of your page and click on Groups - check them out. Enjoy! This is absolutely the place to find out if a doodle is right for you and what kind of doodle - type, generation, etc. Join the groups and read the posts. Good luck
