The 3 observation visits are really good practice toward being on your own. Ask lots and lots of questions as you go because it's better to over…"

Hello Everyone:We are Dan and Debbie from Las Vegas. Our Golden Doodle Abby just passed her test to be a therapy dog. Now she has to pass her 3 supervised visits before she(we) can go visit the hospitals and assisted living places without a monitor. Debbie and I are both are getting "processed" so we can go together or separately. Does anybody have any helpful hints for at this stage in our learning?ThanksDan,Deb and Abby See More

We love to take Abby to Mt Charleston to our cabin for some fun in the woods outside of Vegas.

- Golden Doodle. Her name is Abby. 8 months old 4-10-10
We plan on her being a therapy dog when she is old enough.
- Where did you get your doodle(s)?
- Breeder
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- Smart a great temperament. We have had Old English Sheepdogs in the past and wanted something a bit smaller and calmer.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- Dog Park---Walks---Play at the cabin and just hang out.
- Does your doodle(s) shed?
- A little bit but nothing major
- Who grooms your doodle(s)?
- Mostly us but groomer sometimes
