Cooper's Mama

About Me:

I am a SAHM with 3 beautiful kiddies ages 13, almost 5, almost 3. A boy and 2 little girls and I am a new Mama to our Mini English GD, who is a gift sent from above!!! We live in the sunny Okanagan, WINE COUNTRY and love it here!! I am an aspiring photographer, but have been to chicken to do on a professional level.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

We have one Mini English GD named Cooper and he was born Feb.10,2008! He is AMAZING, the best puppy I had ever hoped for and soooooo gentle with the kids that some people don't even believe when I tell them how young he is. When we first got Cooper he was SO golden, but I think our boy is going to be a cream after all. He has been so easy to train, rings his bell to go out and crate trained pretty easy (were a few disgusting mishaps, but got over them quite quick)
Cooper is so laid back and does like other dogs but he gets his greatest joy out of meeting new people all the time, he LOVES people and can't walk past anyone without saying hello, and of course getting a hello pat back!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

Research research research.......and then some. We just felt that this mix breed would be the best for our kids, and we just absolutley fell in love with the doodles that we had seen.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

It has been a lot of playing for now and short walks, but we have a great mountain/trails at our door step that we plan on taking Cooper as soon as he is big/old enough. My favourite would have to be taking him to the preschool when we pick up my daughter. The kids love him and he gets so excited to see them all.

Does your doodle(s) shed?

Nope!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

I do, but he has gone for a groom and got a bit of a trim.

Favorite Doodle Products?

Not sure, but would like to find some better brushes and combs.
