"Their color can change and she may end up being a cafe. My chocolate Doodle's hair was already getting lighter by 8 weeks. The coat change won't be a color change though, it will be the actual coat texture that changes. But my…"
Hello all! I wanted to get your opinion on my almost 6 month old puppy Zoe. She is a chocolate Australian Labradoodle and recently I have noticed a lot of white (look more coarse) hair's sprouting up on her. Is this her coat change? Or, is her coat going to change color? Hope not, love her chocolate coloring! :) Anyway if anyone else has seen this happen with their puppy's coat I would appreciate the input. Thanks! ~ColetteSee More

This is a great place to share about doodles. There are many groups that you can join. For example, there are groups for grooming, nutrition, health/medical, types of doodles, puppy groups etc. Look at the top of your page and click on Groups - check them out. Enjoy!
Be sure to join the Southern California Group and check it for romps. I think the next one will be in September at Arbor Dog Park in Seal Beach.
You will love the romps, so many people with so much good information, the hours pass way too quickly! If only I knew then (when I decided to get a doodle) what I know now! Whenever I see anyone with a doodle I refer them to this site, a wealth of information on topics like grooming and feeding.
Kramer loves other doodles, they seem to all play together and shun the other dogs at the park for some reason....funny to watch. See you in September!
