Happy belated Mother’s Day to “paw“tastic women all over the world who do so much for so many!
After visiting my mother earlier in the day, I decided to do “nothing” the remainder of Sunday and enjoy my family – the two and four legged members! I am so glad I did. The Boys were in rare form (don’t know why that should have surprised me), and they performed and entertained me all afternoon. Best Mother’s Day gift ever!

No need for me to spend money to research Harleys family tree. I’ve solved this mystery all by myself – and for free!
I found out that “Harley-Darly” is a descendant from the canine side of the Houdini family!
Harry Houdini evidently had a Goldenddoodle back in the early 19th century. He and this Doodle were undoubtedly close and together all the time. Like the Bush Beans talking dog that always wants to tell the secret family…

Thanks Cathy for the compliments on Libby! I understand about leaving the car beds! Sometimes you just have to draw the line and say no. Although I have a hard time when I see all these cute things for Doodles:) Plus, my DH just looks at me and says "no way"!

Hi Cathy. Thanks for the nice comment on Gus and Lilly. No on the groomer. It took me 4 groomers to find the one we go to. She does an amazing job. She started grooming Gus when he was about 1 1/2 yrs. old. She's the only person to groom Lilly since we adopted her. You she her magic in the two photos of Lilly on page 7 of my photo pages. The little rag tag girl in the bottom photo was the day we got home with her. Your boys are a handsome pair. Harley looks a lot like Gus coat wise. And Leo looks some like Lilly. Were are they from?...Joe
