Shortly after we got Banjo and I began posting pics of him on FB, I got a message from a friend of my cousin, who saw my pics. She introduced herself and said she'd fallen in love with my pics and…Continue
About four o'clock this morning Banjo (who was asleep in his chair beside our bed) let out the eeriest, most sorrowful/plaintive howl. It lasted just a few seconds, but woke us with a start! He…Continue
Banjo is just over four years old now. For most of his years he's been sleeping in our bedroom in "his" chair, on his bed or next to our bed on the floor. He doesn't leave our room ever except…Continue
Today was a very special day for Banjo and I. Elizabeth and Bailey and Lori and her girls Daphne and Lucy drove up to visit us at the beach. It was such a thrill to meet real, live Doodle Kisses members AND their awesome dogs. It was clear right from the beginning that these girls (Bailey, Daphne and Lucy) have been around. These three Doodle Girls really know how to have a good time.....running, chasing and rolling around on the beach full of joy and unending energy!

Banjo was in heaven! Happy Dog = Happy Dog Parents!

When we're unable to keep a constant eye on Banjo, we'll tether him to the front porch. He can sit up on the porch, or down on the driveway. There's one stubborn patch of ice that remains and THAT is where Banjo gets comfy! …Continue
