Adding a Doodle to the Family

I have a male Goldendoodle, a doubledoodle actually, named Ike who just turned 2. From the very moment I laid eyes on him I have felt that every person needs a Doodle and every Doodle needs another Doodle to play with. We have two older Cairn Terrier mixes who somewhat play with Ike, as much as 11 and 12 year olds can. But I've always felt bad for Ike on our walks as he wants so badly to play with every dog we come within 30 feet of.Well, Ike will have a new chocolate Labradoodle brother join…See More

Ike is darling.  I love his coat.  We have some things in common - I am diabetic, retired, married for ages (37 years).  We live in California but are moving to Oregon in the near future.  I like walking, swimming, and biking.  Doodles are wonderful pets and we are on our fifth doodle right now.  We always have more than one dog.  These are my three current pups, an Australian labradoodle (brown), a Jackapoo (white), and a sheepadoodle (black and white).
