- About Me:
- I bred and showed poodles for ten years, then met and fell in love with labradoodles. I have been breeding labradoodles for 5 years now. I love these dogs. I am a mother, a sister, a daughter, and a grandmother. Grandmother is the BEST part.
- What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
- I breed Australian Labradoodles, miniature and medium sizes. I love parti, br/wt, blk/wt , and red/wt, also breed chocolate, red/apricot. I also own an Flb, and an F3 American labradoodles.
- Where did you get your doodle(s)?
- Breeder
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- Actually I am the breeder, I bred my poodles to Australian multi-gen studs and that is how I got started. I wasn't interested in mixed breeds until I met Labradoodles.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- cuddles, and playing/relaxing in the yard.

- Nope!

Jiffy presented me with 11 babies !!!!!! she is a chocolate miniature, aust. labradoodle, she was bred to my br/wt parti boy Pongo, 5 br/wt parti babies, (2m and 3f) and 6 brown babies (1m and 5 f) this is her largest litter. And her last, guess she wanted to go out in style, going to be really busy in a few weeks.

Waiting for " 2011 " .......begone 2010

I am waiting to say good-bye to 2010 !!! A year of tragic losses, it started out happy and exciting.....we at Avonlee welcomed 3 litters of labradoodle puppies into the world. March and April were fun....Then came the rest of the months. My step-father went into the hospital May 20, on May 24 my mom slipped and fell, injuring her back. The next day May 25, my step-father passed away. On May 26 I sadly had to euthanize our beautiful chocolate standard poodle Morgan, just before her…

A year ago today my Annabelle crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
Sometimes it feels like it has been 10 years, and sometimes it feels like it was yesterday.....funny how the mind works.
Annabell- a show dog she is a Canadian Champion. A mother, and a grandmother and great grandmother of labradoodles. Her most important role in this realm was that of my Soulmate.
Annabelle came with me everywhere. And at home took the couch as her throne. She ruled the house, all the other dogs… Continue

I expected this litter of puppies Dec. 24 or 25. But Brittnee or her puppies decided that Dec. 21 sounded just right.
Brittnee acted as tho she was going to have them through the night, I sat with her all night, she panted and shred newspaper. Then the first baby arrived at 6:45 am and the last at 9:10 am. Our Kenzie presented us with black and white miniature parti puppies very early on Dec. 17th.
Kenzie is a br/wt miniature Australian labradoodle, and dad- Otis is a blk/wt miniature American labradoodle
Kenzie is such a wonderful mom, her puppies are the "cleanest" puppies, she is always tending to them. She was ill alot during her pregnancy, not feeling well at all, she had a long labor, and one difficult delivery.
She is a trooper and we love her.

A tribute to you my darling-
Canadian Champion Brielle's Essence of Eternity, passed away peacefully in my arms today, January 8, 2009
She is a Standard Poodle, a Canadian Champion, my best friend, and soulmate.
