Omg. I missed the deadline. I will send it in. I have been helping my grandparents get moved into a new nursing home and my sister had emergency gallbladder surgery. Ugh. I can't believe I missed this. I am going to try tho.

oh my gosh, exciting!!! we love our doodles so much..... if your Charlie will sit still, then you can totally do this....our girl doodle that is scared in thunderstorms (when i groom her, I am having my daughter help, because she doesnt sit still)  when do you get your new puppy?  what color?  boy or girl?

Kristi ~ thanks for the video info.  Charlie is medium in size - 39 lbs and our groomer charges $85, but by the time you add in a tip, its $105!  She does a great job and he likes her so that is a plus.  We have a deposit down on a litter that was born Aug 5th.  So depending on the temperament testing next week, we may be getting a puppy in another couple of weeks!  I really need to learn how to do this.  Thanks again.

Linda....I dont know how to comment back to your comment to me? i can comment on this one under Normans pic...but the comment you sent directly to me, I cant see where to comment back....I am such a NEWBY at this.....
the doodle grooming video aboslutely WORKED.....it took me about 90 min but Norman is huge and it was my first time and i had no help....i got it at http://www.smeragliapetboutique.com/
it is the only video on grooming i found on a doodle on google and its light blue cover..... i will take a pic of the cover and upload it so you can see it
I paused it a lot and kept re watching and going very slow because doing his face was scary for me..... but he did great and got lots of treats for being still.....

next month i am going to order the scissors in the video too....i think if it had true grooming scissors, then it wont take me as long to groom either

our groomer is $130 for our two big ones and $80 for our girls.... So i have already saved a ton.....I am just going to do one doodle every other week LOL

Kristi ~ I love this photo.  It is a great idea for a calendar photo!  Charlie loves soccer also!
