Oh how sad for this poor guy! I hope someone in the area can help.

Permalink Reply by Karen & Jackdoodle on October 7, 2012 at 7:27am IDOG has him listed, so he has an excellent rescue group working on his behalf. The problem is that they do not have a foster home for him in that area. He is still with the people who adopted him, but they want him gone, as he does not get along with their current dogs.
Permalink Reply by Cheryl and Finnegan on October 7, 2012 at 7:48am That's good that IDOG is on the case. I sent an email with a link to my son in LA and asked him to share it with friends and the docs at the hospital. A long shot but you never know where a good foster --or forever home -- might come from. He looks so much like Finney.
Permalink Reply by Ginny Nightingale on October 7, 2012 at 7:27am Maybe DRC can offer a foster home for him to get him thru this transition? He might be more adoptable if given some training by one of our wonderful foster moms and dads.

Permalink Reply by Nancy, Ned, and Clancy on October 7, 2012 at 7:38pm Thanks for posting, Nina. A message was sent to all So. Cal members. I hope he gets adopted soon. Come on all you Southern Californians who want to rescue a doodle. Now may be the right time...
