Reputable Breeder in NY, NJ area
I recently have decided to complete my home again after 9 months of losing my beloved shihtzu of 17 years. I am trying to find a reputable breeder of a labradoodle or a goldendoodle, medium size. I am located in NYC area, would prefer a NY or a NJ breeder, but not set on that. Will travel. Could someone out there help me, from what I am reading they do not shed or very little is this true, since my son does have some allergies, mostly to cats though. Thanks

There are several labradoodle breeders in NJ and NY. We are not allowed to discuss breeders on the fromt page. I can give you some names. I just want to be sure you know that there is no guarantee that they won't shed or that they will not cause allergies in some people. My youngest Doodle came to me through Rescue at 11 weeks because, although he doesn't shed, he caused severe allergies in the owner. There are other breeds that are very reliable in terms of shedding.

Just FYI, two of my children are very allergic to all cats and many other critters but NOT allergic to dogs. Thank goodness.
