Hello, Bailey and I are new to this site. Bailey our 8 year old male doodle has a new baby brother. Albie his 8 week old New Zealand Rabbit. A strange combination I agree, but it has worked out great. Bailey took to Albie very well, no lunging or attempts at hurting him. In fact, Bailey treats Albie like his baby. Too cute to watch. This confirms that Doodles are the sweetest breed. Anyone else have a unique pet relationship with their doodle?

Ha! That is great! I know my daughter recently got her border collie mix a kitten because he wanted to baby something! They are best friends!
My dogs hate cats and usually they chase them, but I have a new one( he is a stray that started hanging around) and he is not afraid of dogs--they have learned to respect him (he has claws!!) and have even started to hang out in the yard with him. I am glad that he showed up to teach them that cats are OK!

I love the photo of your doodle and bunny! We have two standard goldendoodles and no other pets, but I'm pretty sure that they think the squirrels in our yard would be good buddies if they could just catch one.

Hi Vanessa, what a cute pair your doodle and his bunny make. We have two doodles, Molly and Riley, and I think Molly would love a small creature to mother. I would get a cat but DH says not right now. Our house doesn't lend itself to a litter box at the moment. We've got boomerang kids and the house is full right now.

i have 3 cats. 2 are older and were here before cooper. cooper is super respectful of them but really wanted to play so we got a kitten. there are some videos on my page of them playing when lego was a baby

Wow, wish I had know you wanted a rabbit, you could of had the one that will not stay out of our back yard for free. I may have even hand delivered it! L&S think that Rabbit poo is the bomb! It drives me crazy!

This is so sweet!! Bailey sounds like a gentle soul!!
Tara tried to make friends with a spider once but it didn't turn out well. ;)
