Dog Vest on Sale

Cabelas has a $25 dog vest on close out for $2.88. Only small and medium are left but I know not all of your Doodles are as big as Dakota!

Oh Oh. We are borrowing my Brother In Laws Vest. We need one. Thanks Diane. I just don't know about medium. 57lbs? But he has a big strong hairy chest, ya know.

Opps, never mind. This is a Tummy Vest. Perfect for hunting dogs and those out in the woods. It protects the bare tummy from scraps.

Maybe this is what I need for Harpo to keep him protected from the poison oak on his belly. Sunday he was rolling in some ice plant and there was poison oak right next to it. He doesn't seem to have poison oak again but last night my arm started itching and I have it on my arm today. It only takes me one day to break out and he takes several days.
Why do you need a flotation vest for Spud? I seem to remember him doing some dock diving in the past. Was that some other dog?

Lynda, this may be a great device to protect that belly. Sure worth a try at that price. Spud is a good swimmer, but on a boat there are ducks and fish or anything else that looks like a living toy is too tempting. Key thing- he does like to dive off docks and Ii can just see him diving off whenever he wants. Also, swimming off the boat is more fun with a buoyant vest. The handle makes it easier to hoist him up.
Hope you do give those hunting vests a try. I saw the at Gander Mountian the other day. I think this is your answer.
