It kind of depends on your definition of "quality" and "cute".  :) I purchased 2 sweaters for Tara on eBay. They are handmade by a woman in Canada and I really like them.  You might look through eBay and see if any coats or sweaters catch your eye. Have you checked your local pet stores? Here are some sweaters that I like currently on eBay. What I like about them is that they are wool (natural fiber from mostly free range sheep), the dyes are natural and non toxic and the seller does not use plastic wrap and wasteful products for shipping.But there are many others to choose from.

My BF bought Sasha and Oliver beautiful winter sweaters last year from Cherrybrook, they have a website (Cherrybrook.com).  They have stores in NJ but I am not sure if they have stores else where.   They have quality pet products and they dog garments they sell are good quality products.
